Things to fill your spirit!!!!

OKAY!  Time to fill the spirit cup back up.  A list of "ideas" for teachers and parents.


  • See a movie you've been waiting to see or see again
  • Spend time with friends---twice a week is recommended for women
  • Learn something new---cook new foods, crochet, bike, learn a new way to use your computer, a new card game, etc.
  • Get a maincure
  • Get a pedicure
  • Use your gym membership or join mine and come with my friend Darlene and me to Planet Fitness.  https://www.planetfitness.com/  
  • Make some play dough for yourself and play with it.  
  • Create a Spotify account and make playlists of your favorite types of music, for different times from you life, etc.  If you need help let me know.  I'd love to share lists.
  • Sit in nature
  • Go to the zoo
  • Go to an aquarium
  • Paint
  • Clean out a closet or a dresser---if cleaning relaxes you
  • Take a nap
  • Take a hike
  • Take a photo
  • Write someone a letter and snail mail it
  • Leave a surprise gift for some and on the card just write--just because you are you.
  • Go to Dunkin donuts and buy yourself your favorite drink, pay for the order behind you.
  • Play on Google Earth
  • Google fun ways to relax
  • Comment another idea for others to try
  • Do some of the things you've pinned on Pinterest 
  • Don't be in a hurry, take your time
